What counts as a monthly active user?
A monthly active user (MAU) is any unique device that checks for or downloads an update within a calendar month. Devices that don't interact with Upflux during a month are not counted.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed them, your updates will continue to work, and we'll reach out to discuss upgrading your plan.
